酱油里全是“科技与狠活”？坑害国人？海天味业回应 ...

<p cms-style="font-L"> 在声明中，海天味业表示，部分短视频账号利用大众对于食品安全的关注制造焦虑和恐慌，在网络上制造并且散播谣言，严重损害了公司品牌形象，其言行己构成对公司名誉权的严重侵害。</p>
<p cms-style="font-L"> <font cms-style="font-L">对此，海天味业表示，</font><font cms-style="font-L">海天所有产品都严格按照《食品安全法》生产，海天所有产品中食品添加剂的使用及其标识均符合我国相关标准法规要求。针对在事件中悉意造谣中伤海天品牌的短视频账号，公司己委派专业律师团队调查取证。</font></p>

<p cms-style="font-L"> 据了解，近期，“海克斯科技食品”“科技与狠活”话题热度很高，意指以食品添加剂合成的食品。引发了广大网友对食品添加剂使用和中国食品安全的讨论。部分短视频账号利用“海克斯科技”等话题指出海天味业的酱油产品是“海克斯科技食品”。</p>
<p cms-style="font-L"> 中新经纬注意到，近期在短视频平台有一些针对海天酱油添加剂的讨论，称国外售卖的海天酱油配料表上没有添加剂，只有水、大豆、小麦、食盐等天然原料，而在中国售卖的除了天然原料之外还有较多添加剂。</p>
<p cms-style="font-L"> 家用的一瓶海天金标生抽的配料表显示，其除了天然原料，主要的添加剂是谷氨酸钠、5‘-呈味核苷酸二钠、5’-肌苷酸二钠、苯甲酸钠、三氯蔗糖，这与大部分网友晒出的海天酱油配料表基本一致。公开信息显示，上述5种添加剂中，前3种为增味剂，苯甲酸钠则为常用的食品防腐剂，三氯蔗糖则为甜味剂。</p>
