<p></p><p>今年26岁的约瑟(Joseph Daniel Vandervelde)来自加拿大，目前就读于青海民族大学，是该校语言教学论专业研究生。自2017年来到青海，约瑟就非常喜欢当地的文化和美食，对大街小巷内各式各样的拉面产生了很大的兴趣，他一直期望自己能够聆听拉面背后的故事，再做一碗拉面，能够近距离感受拉面的魅力。黄河沿岸的化隆县被称作是拉面之乡，现已将拉面产业发展至全国乃至世界多个国家，约瑟便前往青海省海东市化隆县，探寻拉面的故事，感受当地的风土人情。亲自做了拉面的约瑟迫不及待地同自己在国外的好朋友分享，同时也表示，他很期待去国外尝到化隆的拉面，看看化隆拉面在国外是什么样的。</p><p></p>
