</xg-mini-layer></div><p></p><p>距离春节仅剩十天左右，各大快递公司自去年12月以来就开始进行春节假期安排。快递公司一方面宣布“春节不打烊”，一方面在招聘快递员。据国家邮政局数据显示，春节期间的配送单量，已经由往年的2亿单左右，上涨至今年年初的7.49亿单。</p><div align="center"></div><p><strong>这些热门年货你买了吗？</strong></p><p>2022年12月9日，申通快递最早宣布2023年“春节不打烊”，保障时间为腊月二十八至正月初三，统筹调配全网资源，对接等各大主流电商平台；12月14日，德邦快递宣布“春节不休”，为年货等物资顺畅流通提供快递服务；今年1月2日，顺丰方面宣布“春节不打烊”；1月10日，菜鸟联合天猫超市启动“老旧无电梯小区快递送货上门保障计划”以及春节物流不打烊；京东物流表示，即使是在除夕、大年初一，也可以正常下单收货。</p><p>生鲜是春节期间的热门品类。顺丰表示，春节正是东北草莓和西北牛羊肉寄递的旺季。在草莓运输方面，顺丰开通了4条草莓全货机专线，新增16个自营预处理中心；牛羊肉方面新开通“包头=太原=杭州”货运航线，作为包头市的首条全货机航线，每周运行5班，将包头出产的牛羊肉等农产品快速转运，第一时间送上大家的餐桌。</p><p>春节也正是查干湖开湖的日子，今年顺丰投入10辆冷藏车、设置6条冬捕专属直发线路以及一架全货机，全力保障查干湖冬捕鱼寄递时效提速。今年春节，顺丰将在冬捕鱼、预制菜、海鲜、牛羊肉上与本地品牌形成直播合作，搭上“电商”快车。</p><p>春节期间，也是服装行业一个“小旺季”，为满足客户的高效揽收和及时出货需求，德邦快递充分发挥直营优势，让客户可以从工厂、仓库、门店等多地多场景发货，通过全链通小程序实现门店调拨便捷下单，提供批量出货支持。</p><p>此外，对于春节期间打算外出滑雪的旅客，德邦快递推出了“雪具达”服务，提供“安全包装、雪场直达”等服务，助力滑雪一族在旅途中摆脱沉重的雪具，出门滑雪更省力不用重装出行。</p><p><strong>“重金”激励春节在岗快递员</strong></p><p>今年，顺丰鼓励员工错峰往返，在持续不打烊的同时满足多数员工返乡的意愿。同时，在春节期间，顺丰设置了超过2个亿的春节专项激励包，感谢春节期间在岗坚守，坚持为客户提供高质量、有温度服务的广大员工的辛勤付出。节日期间，公司还将额外投入近2个亿，针对网点、中转场等场地值守人员提供能量补给，对除夕夜、初一至初三期间值班人员开展年夜饭和值班慰问等系列暖心关怀活动。快递送上门是市民呼声较高的需求。早在去年9月，顺丰强化服务推出“派件不上门，承诺必赔付”承诺，持续致力提升最后一公里客户满意度。春节期间，这项特色服务仍然保持。</p><p>为了保证春节期间正常运转，各大快递公司均开始提前招聘快递员。顺丰表示，春节不打烊已经连续运行多年，近几年都没有出现用工荒，由于是直营体系，快递员自动在春节期间享受三倍工资待遇。预计今年春节，全国顺丰一线在岗员工将达到35万人。</p><p>春节期间，德邦快递覆盖5000余个直营网点，服务覆盖全国超300个城市，将在春节期间正常营业。德邦快递通过“多倍计提、额外年终奖系数、红包、保底补贴”等激励措施，保障快递员春节期间的收入。同时采取灵活调派轮岗、错峰休假等方式，结合实际情况设置提成激励方案，资源整合确保各地区人力储备充足，全力以赴为客户提供收派件服务。据悉，将有超过9万人次快递员春节在岗，全力保障货品收派无忧。</p><p>社交平台上，“招快递分拣300元/天，物流装卸500元/天”“小件快递350/天，日结，不押工资”的信息不断刷新，快递员招聘的月薪基本稳定在8000元-16000元区间。</p><p>扬子晚报/紫牛新闻记者 徐兢</p><p>校对 李海慧</p>
